This website is GDPR compliant. We don’t collect more data than we need, and we never share any information with anyone else.
We use cookies and gather information to offer you a more personal and user-friendly experience, with limited email follow-up, without any hassle.
We store your information only temporarily. You can unsubscribe with a simple click at the bottom of each of our email messages.

If you are dissatisfied with your try-out month, you can claim back the full fee, simply by email. You can do this any time during that training, up to 4 days after the last class. But not later.
This is a special offer. You will not find it on the general website of the English Academy. Upon request, you will be paid back directly into your bank account.
It allows you to try out our one-month course offer without financial risk. It is no longer applicable when you register again for further lessons.

Mastering a language requires speaking, listening, reading and writing skills, including grammar and vocabulary exercises. Conversation practice is essential.
The course applies the 7 Golden Rules for Successful Language Learning and will be adapted to the specific level of English of the participants of the group.
The groups continue with the same people. If you miss a class, or if you have problems connecting, you cannot recover the hours lost later or in another group.

You must pass our online level test since we create separate groups for each level. Please be serious when taking the online test so that the groups will be homogeneous from the start.
If the teacher notices that your level differs from the average of the group, we will place you in another group with the same timetable after the first or second class.
We have separate groups of all levels for teenagers, age 12 to 16. (But not for kids under 12.) If possible, we will put the younger and older teenagers in separate groups.

Students are expected to use a webcam so that the class can be a true social activity. The teacher can mute the microphones of the students during certain activities.
Very sensitive topics, such as politics and religion, are to be avoided. Never forget that true diversity means that you respect the opinions that contradict your own.
The teacher will intervene if a student is insulting or misbehaves in other ways. The school management reserves the right to exclude students according to its own judgement.
